It's been a busy few days with family visiting, as well as busy times with the yurts. In between the busyness, I try to carve out some pottering time for us. The boys are in their element outside in the amazing sunshine we are having, and I have been enjoying watching them explore simple things, such as painting with water.
Easy, pretty much free, and engaging for them! After the predictable arguments over whose water vessel and paintbrush was whose (I'll remember to have these ready for each of them before I make the suggestion next time!), they got to work making their marks on the patio, paper, wooden chairs etc. Tommy loved making footprints especially.
Even Ruby joined in, appreciating the mobile water bar!
